Dr Shima Beigi is a systems architect and AI governance strategist specialising in the resilience of complex socio-technical systems. Her work brings together engineering, artificial intelligence, systemic governance design, and contemplative practice to help cities and organisations navigate technological transformation with human agency, civic intelligence, and long-term resilience at the centre.
She holds a BSc, dual MSc degrees, and a PhD in Resilience of Complex Adaptive Systems from Bristol and Oxford. Her research focuses on systemic resilience, urban intelligence, and the intersection of technology, governance, and human development.
